Happy 30th Birthday Jason!

A very Happy Birthday to my wonderful, sweet husband! Wow, I can't believe we have hit our 30's :) They say the 30's and 40's are the best years so we'll see :) I gave Jason a suprise bday party Saturday at Cemeno's--boy, did I get him!! I thought for sure someone (me) was going to accidentally say something, but no one did!
If you know Jason at all, he can read that something is going on, he's very observant! While going into the restaurant, he seriously saw a car that looked like Rogers and said, "hey, I wonder if thats Rog's car?" As he was sharing this with me on our way up to the restaurant, I just kept telling myself 'only a few more feet, only a few more feet' :) then I can explode! I seriously thought I was going to go into labor that day! Especially when he started mowing the grass when we were supposed to be leaving!!:)
I want to say thank you to Jason's mom and dad for helping me out getting cake, ice cream, balloons etc. We truly had a fun time of food and fellowship!

Happy Birthday you old brother-in-law of mine. The good thing is the older you get the more wise you become, right. We pray you have a special day.

Well, HEY... great to see you guys. Thank you for your message on the blog. Things have been VERY crazy busy. Sorry I haven't had a chance to respond. We just welcomed our new little girl into the world this past week too. Look forward to keeping up. :)

Heather, thank you for your passionate grace and kindness to me. You have been an inspiration to me as I seek to serve and love you. Yes, I'm getting old, but I would not choose to get old with anyone but you. YOU GOT ME! But, you still owe me a trip to Bass Pro Shop:-)

To the rest of you. Thanks for your comments and sly remarks! Just remember, as I get older, so do you. Most of you aren't far behind!
Oh, and Daniel. You might be right about wisdom, but I see it more as the more you fail the wiser you get. I know it's not always the case, but I'm well on my way:-)

I'm glad you had such a fun time on your birthday! Scott's 40th is next year, so I'm hoping to find a way to sneak one by him for that. Way to go, Heather!
