So funny....Dad Boe was wondering how things were going since he noticed I hadn't blogged in a few days, he wanted to make sure things were going okay, so this post is for him :) BTW, he's doing great these days!!!!!!!! What an answer to prayer!

On the selling side: The inspection book was 21 pages long (on our house)!! UGHHH! The couple has been very kind and out of those 21 pages they want us to only fix 7 things. Two of the 7 are major, the other 5 things are pretty minor. Now they are wanting a second inspection to see about the air flow of our furnace in our new addition. It seems like its never ending so we are still trying to be cautious and not get too excited! The appraisal guy came yesterday so we'll find out if we sold our house at the right price. Then there is a termite inspection yet to come and us getting all of the inspection things done in the next 4-5 weeks----plus packing has to fit in there somewhere--HA!

On the buying side:
WE ARE SO EXCITED and can't wait. We wish it was happening next week! Its going to be so nice to live right down the road from Jason's work! The house fits us to a "T". It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 half bath, a full basement, great view in the backyard--no the barn isn't ours, but they do have horses and NOT pigs, yeah!!!, huge great room---we are just thrilled. The family we are buying from has a senior (daughter) at MCHS that Jason knows! Real nice. Our moving date so far is April 11th! I just talked to Rick and he said its going to be pretty much a crazy day for Jason and I with meeting two different times for about 1-2 hours each for closing....hadn't realized it took so long, but since we are closing on both the seller side and buyer side things are going to be quite different. I'm not worried, it'll all work out! The Lord has been so kind to us and we just wait and depend on him to get us through this next month with everything going on esp. between the lawyers, buyers and the realtors!

Congratulations goes out to my lovely cousin, Jessica, who will be welcoming #2 in October. All these babies---YEAHHHHH!!! Vianey in August, Amanda in September and now Jessica in October, who will be November?????? SUCH AN EXCITING YEAR!!!!!
