Dad had his retirement party last night- it looked like a
VERY nice time--wish we could've been there! Katrina video taped the "tributes" us kids wrote to dad and just watching that felt like we were there--you can go to her blog to watch them if you want!
Congratulations Dad for 35 years at Ameritech/SBC/AT&T. We love you and are so thankful for you! See you in a few weeks!

Heather, your dad has a lot less gray hair than his boss, maybe he looks too young to retire because I think we are in the same age bracket! How many yeas was he at his job by the way? So what are your folks going to do now??
Sorry, I just put that up...he was at Ameritech for 35 years and now they have been traveling and just "taking it easy" at home =) He loves being OUTSIDE!!!!!! =) They'll be here for thanksgiving, so excited about that!
