We had a great day of relaxation and fun! We went to the Lehmann's for a cookout (so sorry I don't have any pic's of them--I knew we should have done one before the fireworks, sorry guys) anyways, we then went to meet Rog, Aimee, & Luke and also Aimee's parents for the Joliet stadium fireworks and they were so beautiful, we'll definitely do that again. We felt as if they were falling right down on us :) The boys really liked them again this year and Jordan loved running around the soccer field that we were on, although, during the grand finale Jordan started crying b/c the loudness hurt his ears......Jared just sat in awe the entire time on Jason's lap...Jaden, bless his heart, slept through the entire thing in my baby bjorn as did the other two boys at this age (BTW--- he is 6 weeks today, wow). We hope you all had a wonderful day as well. A happy 4th to you all!!

I LOVED the pics on Jason's blog! They are all really wonderful, I especially liked the ones of all three boys dressed in the vests and the family shot of all of you. HOW CUTE! I am not even their mother and I was like, man I would have spent a fortune on those pictures; how do you choose the ones you want? :-) Then they throw the collages and the black and white shots at you...it's semi ridiculous having to choose which ones you are going to keep! I still haven't made it to get ours done yet, but am determined to do it here soon--you have re-inspired me! :-) I have checked your blog so often that now I have officially added you as a link on mine! Heather you look so great! I love the family picture and the ones you have added on the side of the blog...now you just have to get a photo behind the title. (good luck with that it took me forever)When are you planning a family vacation to DE again? Jp and I are trying to go up before the year is over. MISS YOU GUYS!

I remember the boys would crawl behind Kyle, me and the truck seat. They hated the fireworks when they were 3 and under. Break out in sweats. Never took Wade for that reason. Of course they all love them now. That and Grandpa's fire cracker cans:)
