My dear friend, Amanda (after a long, emotional day) with Rhett in the nursery. (they were only allowed to have him in their hospital room maybe 3 hours out of about 3 days!)

Rhett can't eat on his own, he just quits breathing when trying to eat. He had blue feet and blue hands when he was born b/c the chord was wrapped around his neck---they took some tests on his heart and lungs and those came back fine. They have more tests to run (brain ultrasound) so he has to stay in the nursery---Amanda came home yesterday---so as you can imagine having to leave your baby is quite traumatic but we know the Lord is in control and they'll soon be one big happy family under ONE ROOF!!! Amanda's birthday is Sunday so wouldn't it be a wonderful treat to have Rhett come home this weekend!! Please lift baby Rhett, Amanda, Jonathan, and of course the new brother and sister up in your prayers! I'll try to keep you as posted as I can. I talk to Amanda about 3 times a day. She is doing good (very sore) and trying to be strong, but its really hard I'm sure!
