Well, the exciting news to share is that the first offer came through and we were going to counter but our realtor had mentioned to them their was a second offer coming so the first offer lady backed off and didn't want to do a bidding war! The second offer we still haven't heard back from their realtor who told us his offer was coming and don't know if we ever will either--- Something may have happened with their financing, we don't know! Now we are at step one again with no offers :) I think I'm going to wait until we have a contract in our hands before I blog again about it, haha. Its all a game, seriously!!
On to big and better things------Jared is almost potty trained! He started on his own this last week (bad thing is he wont go on big-boy toilets, just his little one) AND he doesn't wear underwear or diapers---he goes "COMMAND-O" if you know what I mean. He wets his underwear if he has them on and he goes in his diaper/pullup if he's wearing those so I tried this way and he seriously goes on his own like every 25 minutes--its so cute! Any suggestions on how to help him like the big potty/underwear would be appreciated! Jordan never used the "little" potty so this is quite the opposite :)
Jaden is really sick today so please say a prayer for him if you get a chance!

How cute. Never had that can't help you Heather. Boys will be boys. Hope Jaden is feeling better today. Sorry about the house falling through. Interest rates are suppose to drop so maybe something will happen this spring.

Potty training-not a clue. I'm just trying not to get slimed with all the "blow outs" Katelyn has been throwing at me. (the "throwing" is figuratively speaking, of course...thankfully.)
