Thumbs Up!

If some of you keep up with me on facebook, I posted that I was going to be making an "Olive Garden" dinner at the Boe home on Valentines Day! :-) Let me start off by saying yes, it would have been much, much easier just going to the restaurant but ........it was much, much cheaper for the 5 of us to eat as a family AND it was SO much more special!! We made so many special memory's that we will be doing this again and again on Feb. 14th!

I tried my hardest to have everything red and white--its amazing how much I really had plates, cups, candles, flowers, tablecloth! yay! It was so much fun~I sent the boys downstairs til I was ready for them to come up and they were just tickled to death. I can tell they are going to love "surprises" ........something their mother does not! lol (not sure why I added that in) ha.

Here is the drink I found b/c it was PINK, it was perfect....raspberry sherbet, sprite, and pink lemonade concentrate.....it made a fun fizz!! It was a big hit, I mean, who gets ice cream for their drink..woot woot! ha.

The bread sticks were a bit different than OG's but they were so good! It was a recipe I found from The Pizza Factory in Utah. I will definitely be making these again very soon :-)

I just * LOVE* my boys. They are getting so big :(

So glad they thought it was a "thumbs up" dinner! I had this planned for weeks and I was so excited for this night to get here! The major hit of the night was the ZUPPA TOSCANA SOUP...oh my...their are no words for the taste we had in our mouths!!!!!! I think I'll be making this again tomorrow night!! Oh, and of course, the heart cakes for dessert were very good. Who doesn't love chocolate cake, right?! :-)

Had to get a picture of our Bella girl on Valentines Day!

Roses from my Valentine!

Jason also got me this gorgeous necklace! He has such great taste! He knows me well! :-)
I got him these black shoes, his fell apart about 2 weeks ago :-) (nice, huh!!) lol

So, a Happy Valentines Day to you all! I hope your day was as good as ours! I am just so thankful to God for giving me my wonderful husband! Love you, babe and may we have many many more Valentines together.....XOXOXOX
