TODAY

So.......today was getting started just perfectly. Jordan is off school today and tomorrow and decided to make us breakfast--he is a pro at making eggs like Grandpa Bonner does....crack the egg with a fork, put it in a bowl, mix it up, got some very SMALL pieces of ham, some cheese--stirred it all together----dumped it all into the pan and we watched it cook and boy, did it look and taste good. I was very impressed so thanks dad, he remembers everything, which in this case, was a very good thing =)

Then around 11am Jason calls and is going to come home for lunch after his chiropractor appt. He says, "get the boys ready I have a little suprise for you all!" We get in the van and all leave--first to get the boys some videos they've been wanting to get (free ones, I might add), then to Bean Encounters for some FREE ice cream! BUT..... let me get back to the video store.....we all get in the store and I realize both sets of keys are in the van.....did I mention its locked......we were there an hour waiting----it would have been longer but we got an immediate response "finally" from a company although it took him about 25 minutes to get it ---our van is DEFINITELY burglar-proof!!!! Then we were off to get our ice cream and Jason had about 5 minutes to get a bite to eat and leave for school/class again! oh my...oh my......you can just imagine Jaden in a video store running around yanking on MANY MANY video's right in his exact reach--he was loving it! =) {grin}

Also, today........I've been getting up at 5:45 and working out at the high school til 6:30am. It's been great actually and I'm really enjoying it. The 2 other teachers I work out with are awesome and serious about what they do, let me tell ya!! Anyways, I enjoy naptime now with Jared and Jaden. Jordan will usually do some homework, play his game boy or watch a cartoon---well today, he decided to do a craft! He came upstairs and was so excited. "Mom, wait til you see what I did for you, its down on the front door" - i just figured he taped a picture up for me ya know. Well, I come down and he had glued all these little pieces of "faith", "jordan", "i love you" to all our doors (inside, outside, bathroom, garage, hallways etc) very cute and my first reaction to him was good and thankful, but (inside)I was praying that glue was going to come off all our doors---it did. Just last night, Jared threw something and broke one of my figurings heads off on my piano, then Jordan spilled water and juice (alot, I might add) all over my wood floor and Jaden....he did something too all within the 15 minutes that I can't even remember right now...haha. I love my boys!!

Just thought I'd share some of my boys latest crashes, imaginations and wonderful energeticism (if thats even a word)!! Tomorrow our friends Dave and Alison are coming over for a visit and then we are off to a cousins wedding (babysitter coming--yeah) so we are looking forward to a fun time OUT------It's also MOM BOE's bday Saturday---yeah!!

HA!

Oh man, I just cracked up reading about all the boy things...I can totally relate!

And, we were just in the video store TODAY and I experienced the very same thing with Ethan. It was like in the movies where the guy takes the girl to the desk and sweeps everything off of the desk with his arm in one fluid motion....that was Ethan sweeping the movies off of the shelves! :-)

Enjoy your adult day--we are having one on Saturday too! We are going to the Homecoming Illini football game, and my Mom is watching the boys...WHOOPEE!!

What a hoot! I loved reading your blog today. Mom told me last night that you had posted, but I haven't had the chance to get on and read until just now. My, my, you certainly are making me rethink any siblings for Katelyn. LOL.
Much love to you all!
